Locate your MODEL CODE, SERIAL NUMBER, VERSION, LAMP CODE:
Alpha DTV processes all warranty repair requests and all out of warranty repair requests using a set of numbers unique to your television. They are the Model Code, Serial Number, and usually a Version or Lamp Code.*
For LCD and Plasma televisions, locate your television's Model Code, Serial Number, and Version by inspecting the right side of the unit (some older televisions will not have a Version).
